We love collaborating with our clients and believe the best pieces are deeply personal. Every design is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your story, your style, and what matters most to you—resulting in jewelry that feels truly one of a kind.

THE PROCESS

1. Submit Your Request

Share your design vision, budget, timeline, and any other relevant details by emailing clientservices@dorodoree.com. Please include your full name and “Custom Request” in the subject line (e.g., Jane Doe – Custom Request). The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your vision.

2. Consultation

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation via phone, Google Meet, or Zoom. During this session, we’ll discuss design options, pricing, timelines, and key details to ensure your piece aligns perfectly with your vision.

To move forward, a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed production agreement are required. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

3. Design & Development

This is where the process truly begins! Within approximately one week of finalizing the production agreement, you’ll receive initial design concepts and CAD renderings. Rush requests may be accommodated for an additional fee. One complimentary round of design revisions is included; additional revisions may incur extra charges. Once the final design is approved, we move into production.

4. Production

Throughout production, we’ll share progress updates and process photos so you can feel closely involved in bringing your piece to life. Standard production timelines are 6–8 weeks, though expedited options may be available depending on the design, manufacturing partner, and time of year.

PAYMENT AND POLICIES

Payment & Policies

  • Consultations are complimentary.
  • To proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed production contract are required.  This deposit will be applied to your final balance.
  • The remaining balance is due one week before your piece is scheduled to ship.

At D’ORO DORÉE, we genuinely care about how our jewelry is made. We work only with RJC-certified manufacturers and Kimberley Process–certified stones, and we require annual audits to ensure our partners continue to meet strict ethical standards.

We don’t believe in distance or assumptions. We visit our manufacturing partners in person, maintain close relationships, and take responsibility for every step of the process—from sourcing to finished piece.
