Whether it’s redesigning a cherished family heirloom, bringing your dream piece to life, or creating  the perfect engagement ring, D’ORO DORÉE is here to help.  We celebrate individuality and are committed to creating pieces that feel uniquely special to each client.

THE PROCESS

1. SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

Share your design ideas, budget, and timeline by emailing clientservices@dorodoree.com.  Please include your full name and “Custom Request” in the subject line (e.g., Jane Doe_Custom Request).  The more details you provide, the better we can understand your vision.

2. Consultation
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll contact you to schedule a complimentary consultation via phone, Google Meet, or Zoom.  During this session, we’ll discuss design options, pricing, timelines, and all the details to ensure your piece is exactly what you envision.  To proceed, a $500 non-refundable deposit and a signed production contract are required.  This deposit will be applied to your final balance.

3. Design & Development
This is where the magic begins!  Within about a week of finalizing the production contract, you’ll receive your initial design concepts and CAD renderings.  Rush requests can be accommodated for an additional fee.  We include one complimentary round of design revisions; any additional changes will incur extra fees.  Once you approve the final design, we’re ready to bring your piece to life!

4. Production
Throughout the production process, we’ll keep you updated with process photos.  We aim to make this experience exciting and collaborative, so it feels like you’re part of creating the piece yourself.  Production typically takes 6-8 weeks, though expedited timelines may be possible depending on our manufacturing partners and the time of year.

PAYMENT AND POLICIES

Payment & Policies

  • Consultations are complimentary.
  • To proceed, a $500 non-refundable deposit and a signed production contract are required.  This deposit will be applied to your final balance.
  • The remaining balance is due one week before your piece is scheduled to ship.
